Foundation Bariatric Affiliates opened its first hospital, Foundation Bariatric Hospital of Oklahoma, in March, 2006. The other hospital, Foundation Bariatric Hospital of San Antonio, opened in the spring of 2007. Each of our facilities adheres to the strict, multidisciplinary standards set forth by Foundation Bariatric Affiliates, which ensures that each patient receives the highest quality care.

Driving Directions From the west: Drive east on the John Kilpatrick Turnpike and take the Broadway Extension/US 77 North exit toward Edmond. From the Broadway Extension, turn left (west) onto 15th Street and drive 1 & ¼ of a mile. Turn left (south) onto Renaissance Boulevard and take it 2/10 of a mile. From the Broadway Extension, turn left (west) onto S.W. 15th Street and drive 1 & ¼ of a mile. Turn left (south) onto Renaissance Boulevard and take it 2/10 of a mile. Foundation Bariatric Hospital of Oklahoma is located at the end of Renaissance Boulevard. From the north: Take Interstate 35 South into Edmond and take exit #141 onto 2nd Street. Take a right and drive east on 2nd Street about four miles until you reach Kelley Avenue. Turn left (south) and drive about 1 mile. Then, turn right (west) onto 15th Street. From the east: Drive west on Turner Turnpike/I-44. Once the Turner Turnpike becomes the John Kilpatrick Turnpike, you will drive about 3.5 miles and take the Broadway Extension/US 77 North exit toward Edmond.
